Not really, you can choose the same topic but you have to write unique content for every guest blogging site.

It is not advisable to post the same content on more than one article blog,
content should always be exclusive/unique for different blogging sites if you want to increase ranking,
and more so for the fact that Google can inflict a penalty for similar content.

From my personal experience I'd suggest you not to do that, because in short term it will show you some positive results (ranking wise) but in long term it will ruin all of your SEO work....

No don't use the same content, rewrite the content if you want but don't post the same one. Each post must be unique.

Don't use duplicate content for your site. Google will penalize your site for sure.
