Craigslist Looks at at the IP Address of the user. The best solution is to have 1 IP address and one Phone Verified account for Each Post.
Then do not post anymore than once every 48 hours on the account or IP address.
You also have to have different adds or that will also cause the post to be deleted.
Backpage and Ebay Classified are more posting friendly -
They have less traffic but the post stay up on the first page much longer and get placed in search engines.
