Can i submit a page every day or do i need to change ?

Hi to all,

What's the best

1- make new pages every day with 1 hosting .
2- submit page i have submited yesterday but in different hosting
3- submit again page but with change each day
4- make new pages every day
5- like in 4 but differents hosting each day (if they close me accounts for spam)?

ok you make 1 page in a free hosting
tomorrow you change hosting but you put online again same page
i think i go in duplicated at the end ??
