Can I spam tier 1 links?

if you have a white hat site with 500+ pages of great content then yes. If you have a site with less than 20 pages of good content and you are using blackhat to rank them up then No.
There is no exact science to that mate . There is just an obvious minimum, and then you continue adding links until you reach the desired results. Maybe in your niche you don't even need to build any tier 2 links.
The only thing you should watch out for is your Tier 1 properties not outranking your moneysite, especially if you are building your tier 1 on wordpress/blogspot who tend to rank very good with spam links pointed at them.

I've been spamming the shit out of my Tier 1 for months and still don't have any issues

half the people are missing the point here, he wants to spam his 10 tier 1 links, not directly to his site. so yes it is completely safe because if anything does go wrong you can remove your links from the 10 tier 1 links so you have complete control, also google penalizes rankings so the tier 1 links might get penalised and lowered rankings but if won't effect the link juice being passed to your site.

Yes it's blackhat, but if you look at the URL bar in your browser it should say blackhatworld.com...

I've had the best results creating ~3-4 high pr web 2.0's related to money site keyword as tier 1 buffer, then spamming wiki links, blog comments and everything but the kitchen sink at it. That's not too say that your method wouldn't work - it could, but you're taking on more risk. Try it and see

Don't make me laugh, you have no got a clue how to get results. You are clearly clueless on how to linkbuild to rank. Have you any idea what GSA SER can do when you master it, no, have you used it, I doubt it. Read your own comment, you have just made a complete fool out of yourself.
GSA SER actively seeks sites to post to in virtually all types of links (it's called diversity, it's important), on auto pilot. Assuming the 10 tier one links are pointing to the money site, he is creating 2nd tier links, which GSA is well suited for. You can link as you wish but I wouldn't take anything seriously from someone who thinks GSA looks "cheesy and stupid" . I've only had it a few days and see results, I haven't come close to mastering it (I have seen results from people who have mastered it btw), this is all in one linking from one piece of software, it's a bit like scrapebox, a must have if you're serious about results. Of course you can build your own networks etc but they need a decent budget and you'll be using GSA on them at some point anyway.

Just don't spam ! I scrape content from SEO content machine and then spin it with the best spinner and use it for Tier 2 and 3 and tier 4 goes with the BLAST of SCRAPEBOX

The word Spam does not even fit in the reality of what you need for tier 1 links and pages. Remember tier
1 is directing right towards the money site.
