Can someone design a website for me for $30?

But:

1. I will provide the content
2. I will provide the template - probably joomla or wordpress

What you will need to do it to make all the site to look like the original template demo.

Please let me know if this is acceptable.

you could but that wouldn't be the whole story, because the full story would be - "The little website that could make $150/month hands of, month after month and his little brothers and sisters that do the same"

I think that he/she only wants you to install wordpress and install the template and then just put the provided content in the wordpress site?

If OP is female then it's easy to get this all for free: start a thread in "Introductions", do some smaltalk and don't forget to mention that you are a girl. Then say you are creating this website and you are struggling with the design and BAM your inbox is flooded with guys who want to help you for free.

you mean Reverse Engineer the template or re-design for 30$ lol If installation ( i have tons of premium theme) and plug in sound fair enough it only take 5 mins to set up a website my home internet connection is 10 mbps so 30$ is not gonna hurt.. but I develop one click installation software to it maybe your interested to my tool..
