Can I share a post from my group to another group?

Can it be done? I know you can share your page post but what about group post?

If not then how can I grow my group?

You can still share posts on groups. You can message the group admin to cooperate in promoting your group
 
From the news feed, choose the post you'd like to share and click on the 'share' option given underneath the post. You'll get multiple options including share to a page, story, or send in messenger. From those, select 'share to a group'.

That's completely possible and you need to cooperate with the administrators of that group if you don't want the post to be removed.
 
I think you can contact to admin to cooperate. In my country, they often paid for admin to pinned the post
 
You can but must notice the group policy. Better contact the admin of groups that you wanna share posts
To grow your group, contribute your valuable posts to other groups, invite people, link your group to a page, and post attractive/engaging posts to lead people to join the group
 
maybe. But you need to message the group admin first. If you post to too many groups that do not comply with that group's policy, your account posts may be considered spam
 
You can share your post but it must be approved by the admin.
 
Yes, you can share your FB group post in other groups, but you will have to become the member of those groups in which you want to share you posts and follow the guidelines of groups.
 
Yes, you can if the admins of the group haven't disabled the ability to share posts with other groups. If you try to share and you see an error message, it's likely that the admin has disabled this feature.

once you get a couple hundred members your group will grow organically ,off course with you being consistent
 
You can do that, but you can only share posts to groups that you're currently a member of
