1. Can i send an email from gmail to a Craigslist email ?
2. I have 46 craigslist emails, is it possible to send a mass email to all 46 ?

Not usually. Craigslist has filters set up to prevent that. When you send the emails, it'll go through the cl system before being forwarded to the recipient. The CL system will flag that many emails being sent from the same address (at once) as spam and will be rejected.

What is the spam limit? Sending 5 at a time? 2 at a time?

dont you think that it is possible to forge return email address
so you may try
but better find who send it daily.
