Doubt anyone would buy it with trademark issues, so if it were me, I would let it drop.

It is unlikely to be worth the bother. Having suffered the wrath of several corps most buyers will avoid it like the plague...

I suppose you can find ways to sell it... but I would think most buyers might be worried about the name. Or at least expect a discounted price because of that.

they'll be darn worried if they go big. if they're planning to be an average player, i doubt if they'll be noticeable.
