Can i sell my blog ?

I am so much eager to get a proper answer ,after reading some threads.I am having a blog and the domain has windows8 in it.so can sell it to anyone else.Its general blog about windows8.not sales or marketing,no warez,no apps,cracks nothing.

I'm sure you could sell it to someone else. The question is for how much. Generally people looking to buy websites that are up and running are looking hard at ROI (return on investment). Things like how much traffic the blog has, it's history, its long term viability as well as if it has been earning money already are important questions to answer. If you just have a blog with some content and a popular name, it probably won't be worth much. If however you can show that the site has huge potential to make money or is already making money, it could be worth a great deal more.

Automated valuation tools are worthless - they are never accurate.

If your domain has windows8 in it then it's not worth anything. Some idiot might pay you a few dollars, but Microsoft would easily be able to take it down if they wanted.

actually you people must've misunderstood.i am not asking about its potential value,but about its trademark issues only.will there be any issues,if i use a domain name that has a brand name
