Can I sell hello kitty bags on ebay?

Hi, I wanna sell hello kitty bags or napkins on ebay, I am aware of the vero law and guessing I would be banned.
Is there any legal way to sell the items on ebay? maybe get a license for small amounts?

I'm confused, why would you be banned for selling Hello Kitty? That has always done extremely well on Ebay.

Unless what you're selling is fake merchandise, I can't think of why you'd get banned??

because sometimes ebay can't know if it is a fake or not, and if a reputable seller say its a fake they often remove your sale page.
I guess the only way to know for sure is to just try it out.

Yeah like they say you never know unless you try. Make the sales page look professional. That should actually help it.

If the listing did get removed because ebay thinks they are fake, im sure they would give you the chance to prove they are indeed real before banning you or whatever. They would probably ask for proof of purchase and where you got them too etc.

If all is legit then there shouldn't be an issue.

Ofc the best advise would be from someone with experience. I have little experience with this kinda thing

I doubt ebay is that strict with these type of items, unless Hello Kitty Company is out there restricting some listing but I seriously doubt this. I think you would be fine, its not a big expensive product either

I've selled smartphone that were perfect Samsung's & Apple's (chinese clones) and I'm on eBay without bann or problems. There are problems if someone flags and reports your items to eBay's support. But it's a rare case! You can sell this items. I don't know how works with hello kitty's items but if you sell small qualtities it's okey

Just try it. You probably won't get flagged if your stuff is legit anyways, and even if you do ebay won't do more than just taking down your listing and sending a warning the first one or two "offenses". Just be smart about it and you'll be fine

Ebay won't ban you just because one incident, because otherwise it would be like youtube, where competition shuts you out easily. If the goods are good, and not some chinese fake, you shouldn't have a problem

I see a lot of people selling them so your best bet is to test things out and see how you do.

Be sure to have high feedback and 100% feedback.

If the Hello Kitty bags are original which from Sanrio company, you can promote it on eBay.

It is not very accurate as you can sell original nike shoes for example and get banned quite easly.

In some cases, companies try to protect legit sellers by eliminating pricing competition, one of their method are to eliminate small sellers like you and me to sell their products.

As I promised, I am back with an update, sorry it took me some time but better late than never.
I sold kitty products without a problem so far, although I sell very small quantities.

By the way, I tried to sell electronic cigarettes and related products like clearomizers plastic caps etc. I had 2-3 different products, non of which was eliquid, some of them were online for short period until shutting down by ebay, probably someone reported me, I sold few items from 1 product until it was shut down as ecigs and all related products are not allowed to be sold on ebay, I did a little research about competitors and was shocked for the amount of products that were being sold, I found seller who have sold only electronic cigarettes and related products, I tried to report on his products to find out what will happen since he had a shop and tons of sales (I know it doesn't looks good but I am not a snitch or a bad person, and hope you won't think bad things about me, I did it just to learn thinking it won't hurt them too much), so I found an amazing thing, some of the products were removed for the seller's list and some of them (the most lucrative), were not removed.
