The images on "pixabay" are free to "copy, modify, distribute, and use, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission and without paying attribution."

They are under "Creative Commons Zero" license. (CC0)

Does that mean I can sell those photos too?

I remember reading a method on a forum few years ago where some guy was making around $500 a month selling these. So yes you can if you know how and where to do it.
