I see that Instagram remove the section ''Recent Post'' and added ''Top Recent Post''. Can i use older versions or something to check the recent posts on IG?

instagram's chronological order feed is a display option that shows posts
in the order they were posted, with the most recent post appearing first.
This means that posts are not sorted or prioritized based on factors like
engagement or user interest

find something that scrapes posts and stores in db and lets us fetch info from there, is not really good option but is a good way to go.

Yes some profiles still have the option to watch posts with recent activity.

Top recent post means the most popular recent post, which is mostly determined by the number of likes, comments, and saves that the post has received.
