Can I see hidden profiles?

Hi,

For the job interview of me busines i would screen some people. Is there a way to see hidden facebook profiles?
And is there a way to search keywords on facebook. And when anyone have used that word on his facebook wall i get a message?

And is there a way to delete message from other people on facebook?

Anyone who can help me out with these questions?

As for the hidden profile, if you meant a private profile, you won't be able to see them, unless you try to hack their FB accounts. As for deleting messages from other people, you could easily do that by pressing the conversation icon, and then go to the conversation/message you want to delete, press the drop down button, and press delete conversation.
