Can i run multiple google accounts with one proxy?

Normally, it's better not to do this, because if one of your accounts is suspended, they'll look for any link with other accounts and suspend them too, especially if it's a proxy. After that, there are IPs that hold up very well and strengthen the trust because there are large accounts on them, but if that's not your case, divide each account by proxy, it'll be easier. Unless you want to make an MCC
 
and no problem to run multiple countries in one account?
 
Don’t do this. This will cause the accounts to be linked. Once a problem occurs in one account, it is very likely that other accounts will also be affected.

If per gmail single account then 1 proxy individual is recommended whereas for multiple accounts on same gmail you can still use single proxy.

Depend of the strength of the accounts, but yes mostly usually.
Also you can add an email but just as standard user, not admin or owner and should not cause damages
 
Absolutely not as you would get flagged in no time were you to do that.

It’s not recommended. Each Google account should ideally use a unique proxy to avoid linking accounts. Use an antidetect browser to create isolated environments for each account, enhancing security and avoiding detection
 
You can have as many as you want, just don't use the same recovery address or the same phone number

If you are doing blackhat activity, then no. Well, not without one suspension taking out all of the accounts.
