ok, and why not try finding any affiliate network in this niche apart from adsense? (BTW I do not belong to this niche so I don't know the names of such networks in that industry) but I am sure there are some adult network for affiliate businesses.
There are so many dedicated to this type of products. The audience is also warmed up being in those places, looking for something specific.
