Can I run facebook ads this way?

So I'll be using a friends fb account to run ads. I plan on loading 4g proxies into multilogin and using the account from there. Will this work?

P.S. could i use static residential proxies?

Don't try to create ads on the first day
You will login with your friend on a new browser so the profile should be warmed on that browser for a long time before you can start using it for ads
