Hi there.
I was wondering, can I re-use article once I was paid for it on AC?
Could they charge back if I sold this article some place else or posted it online in ezine or some other place?

Seems very unlikely that they will rescan an article considering the amount they get per day. However, if you were about to be payed money for impressions on a certain article, they might check it. Seems very unlikely though.

Also, it could be somebody steal your content so they can't do anything against you.

If you want to re-sell the article, just rewrite it. Opinions vary, but the rewrite should be least 75% different from the original - I go for a 100% rewrite. DupeFreePro (free download, but you have to give up your e-mail address to get it) can help you compare the original against the rewrite.

How could they prove its you, and not someone who copied your shit off the AC website? They can't.

I did something like this before, I guess leondit know what I am talking about :D

Good point. Don't these other places check that the content is unique though?

Actually, I guess they wouldn't care. As long as they're getting impressions, then they're getting money.

isnt this one of the option when you publish? "Exclusive" or Non-exclusive". You cannot re-sell/re-publish elsewhere if you select "Exclusive", AC owns the article. But as leondit mentioned, how are they to detect it ? :)

Once AC has claimed all copyrights to it, it's theirs.. but there shouldn't be a problem with you publishing it else where though. By time they've paid you for it though, it's probably indexed by then.

I always make my articles "Non-exclusive" so I can re-use them elsewhere. You get paid less, but you make up for it by submitting it to other sites.
