Hello everyone, if I have two websites hosting under the same hosting service (for example, Bluehost), and I plan to target a certain low-competition keyword for both articles. For example: both websites will write about the topic of "how to make dogs speak like humans". Will both of my sites rank on Google? Given that there is no competition for the keywords and both of them are hosted under the same hosting service - Bluehost? I'm just not sure if I have to buy another hosting package to let Google rank my site.

same hosting (well, server) only matters when you interlink sites, not when you rank sites that are hosted with the same company or have the same server.

If you were to, for example, own 4 websites that are hosted on the same IP (it doesn't matter if it's bluehost or someone else) and you were to link from sites 2, 3 and 4 to site 1 then that could get you into trouble for trying to game the system (manipulate google rankings by building links to your own sites)

But if you don't interlink your sites you don't need to worry. So, no, don't buy new hosting :)

Thanks man, I appreciate it!

yes you can because I use same method. Still now I am not facing any problem.

Interesting, but not as interesting as making dogs speak like humans - please elaborate...

I assume you're using shared hosting... so there are hundreds/thousands of websites on that IP.
As mentioned above, if you don't interlink then you'll be fine.

You can easily use CloudFlare (or any other CDN) to change your IP.

Thank you everyone, I appreciate it!
