Can i Rank for this Keyword?

Hi there guys, i just want so start to get some traffic from Google. Right now i'm just getting traffic from Social Media but this is slowly growing and cost me lot of time and effort so i would like to get some easy traffic from google.

I made some Keyword research in the Fashion niche and found some Keywords like.

"sexy night out dresses"
"night out outfits"

After google for this Keywords i saw there are lot of Brand Names appear on the first page. Now i'm asking myself if it is possible to rank for this Type of Keywords or i'm just wasting my Time and Money when i'm try to Buy content for this type of Keywords and try to rank them?

This Brands got a high ranking but no rly content on there sites only Pictures or Shops to buy clothes.

So what do you guys think? Should i try it?
Is there a way to rank in the Fashion niche?
How could i check my competition and difficulty to rank for this Keyword?

I checked 2 KWs with my Long Tail Pro, the 1st KW is easy to rank, the 2nd KW is harder than the 1st but still remains easy.

1) NO Don't Try for these keywords
2) Yes, Try and find other keywords specially Long tail keywords.
3) Check 1st page of google, Analyze sites that are ranking. Check how many sites having your keyword in the title and are properly optimized.
Try this query> intitle:"Your keyword here" , See how many results you are getting.

For competition checking download some addon for mozzila or chrome or you can download free trial "market samurai". Also there are many more options.

A lot of experts recommend ranking against a first page full of e-commerce sites/e-tailers.

Well before going to in to it start analyzing the sites that are ranked top.See how many backlinks they have got and where are they comg from...
This would tell you if you should plan to go with them or not
