If you fetch videos automatically and just publish them on your page then it would be what you call "thin content". A lot of websites are already doing it, so everyone will have the same titles etc.
However, translating titles to another language and/or maybe adding a description is a different thing. Check out "viral viral videos" (not my site, I just check it every now and then to find material to add on my local site).
Alongside your videos you can post whatever articles to add value to your site.

Just with video its not possibly but if you build back link with the keyword in the anchor then you might have a chance with low competition keyword.

Just take the movie websites for an example, most of the local movie website has only the youtube videos embedded but still they rank, so I would say just follow them. Not only the video but some content to go along with it. And all the required things that you have to do for SEO you will soon be there on top.
