Can I put a "Subscribe" button on my webpage?

Need to know if I can put a button om my webpage directly so visitors may subscribe to my youtube channel from my site in one or two clicks. I tried searching the source codes from yt, but couldnt figure it out yet.

Just put your Subscribe button on your web page and have the URL point to

http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=yourusernamehere

It will then take them to a page to confirm the subscription.

Just replace "yourusenamehere" with your YouTube username
