Hi guys,
Recently, I was writing some articles about mental health and lifestyle. Honestly, I'm not a professional in these fields. Can I rewrite other sites' content in tools?
I don't know if Google will punish it?
I appreciate any help you can provide.

No, thats not how it works. Google wont punish you if you rewrite the articles.

I mean: Just look in the journey thread. Many Spam and AI generated sites lately. Google dont care.

Just rewrite it. Spinning can make the article worse, but rewriting with wordtune / grammarly is enough.

which one i follow? if i also need same problem solution
SEO is not exact science That's why constantly trying things out (to see what works at a certain time) is recommended and what every sensible SEO should do. Google doesn't treat all niches and keywords the same, so you're gonna hear many divergent opinions if you stick around the forum for a while :)

Yes, you can publish it by properly making it quality content by using it without any plagiarism.
So, use the Quillbot best tool for writing content, check your grammar with Grammarly, and finally, utilize an SEO plagiarism checker.

A better option would be to hire someone who has knowledge in those fields, for sure, but if that's not an option, yes, you could rewrite them, but be careful to change literally every sentence, at least to remove some word, change their order, add something new, as otherwise it could be recognized as plagiarism.

Yes, you can rewrite the contents using some tools:

Quillbot + Grammerly + Plagarism Checker = a new content.

I am personally following this method, it works.
Love this ideas. Gonna learn more about this method

Google doesn't care about that.

Make sure you don't copy articles 100%, use AI to rewrite articles with templates on other sites

did you mean as long as the article is passed plagiarism check?

As long as you only take the 'idea' of the article and rewrite it manually, google will not do any harm. But if you use any tools to rewrite it, make sure you edit it and make the content 'engaged' and also make sure that it is at least 90% unique.

I suggest you focus on becoming a master of your niche rather then scraping content
