Can I post same reels on multiple accs? There's no punishiment like low views?
If it isn't what should I edit? and Can you recommend me edit tool?

My plan is copying reel from other acc and reupload same reel on my multiple ig accs.
I will use different clone app and change ips per id to prevent shadowban.

Yeah, you can post the same reel on multiple accounts. No penalty if content is good and engaging. To make it safer, change captions, hashtags, or add small edits. CapCut is a great free editing app.

Avoid shadowbans, tweak the content slightly, trim it, add text, or throw on a filter.
 
i had a buddy who had a meme video go viral, the account then got crap views after so he would reupload on diff accounts, it would semi go viral but nothing crazy. good content is good content, follow up with good videos. consistency over having multiple accounts is better imo

Yes, you can copy reels and reupload from other accounts. Edit the videos properly including the metadata.

try to make edit on the download videos an post on different profiles using differ edit to increase your post views. There would not be punishment for this.

Yes you can but you need to edit metadata and edit a bit the video, a little bit of color etc.
 
You can repost reels across accounts, but Instagram may lower the reach if it sees duplicates. Try changing things up a bit edit captions, effects, or the intro/outro to make it feel fresh.
 
Edit the video and edit the metadata, I have tried posting same as it is and had no issues as well, it depends.

why not add your own face on half screen and half screen video you want to display.You might go viral doing this. Plus, you will be authority who shares great , funny content

You can do it if you know how to edit a video and make it unique. Watch YouTube Tutorial videos and learn how to edit videos.
 
I think you should post them with some small changes.
This helps avoid duplicate content and keeps it fresh for each account.
 
You cannot just copy from other accounts. They will ban you and the original video owner can take legal action against you .
