Can I post Amazon and cj affiliate links to fourms?

They probably didn't make any sells. Amazon most likely will check your traffic when you convert and see it's not from your site and ban you. They want to keep up that company image so you would be safer sending the traffic to a squeeze page inside the site they approved.

I think your best bet is to buy a .info domain for the keyword and put up a wordpress blog. Then use an amazon plugin like wp-zon or reviewazon to put the product on the wordpress page. When people click the product they are driven to amazon but with your affiliate link. It is a small in between step but is pretty seemless since you have the product on your "squeeze page"
