Is it possible to ping any page I want? Or only blogposts can be pinged?

well, the answer can be found if you try right? usually no problem
try using pingler, pingoat, or pingomatic

Yes you can and should ping site pages, especially if they have new content on them.

Sure u can ping anything u want, but it works best on sites with xml feeds or xml sitemaps - quicker indexing.

You can ping as much as you want, but the prevailing thought is to only ping when you have something new on your website or added a post to your blog.
