Can I payout MicroWorkers users via personal PayPal?

So I have this idea to integrate PayPal on microworkers-like site of mine (have other payment methods). The problem is PayPal merchant is not available in my country, my country accounts cannot receive but can send payments. Can I send them money (or request invoices) from personal PayPal account?

But I can't use US/UK acc with my own card. How will I top up it?
