Recently I requested for JR VIP upgrading. Received a An invoice, where there is a way to pay via coinbase. But I have usdt in Binance. Can i pay it via binance? And how?

VERY SIMPLE , yes you can pay via binance convert USDT to LTC and select LTC as option in coinbase invoice and withdraw the LTC to the invoice address make sure you select correct network

Essentially yes as @frOsti3™ mentions above. However please follow the current process outlined on coinbase closely when making payments.
