Can I outrank a branded keyword?

Here is the example.

The keyword is "How to open COMPANY franchise".

The SERP is

#1 company.com/franchise DA: 48 / PA: 35 / Links: 62
#2 example.com DA: 21 / PA: 17 / Links: 5
#3 example.com DA: 93 / PA: 50 / Links: 17

My question is: Considering the COMPANY result has low DA/PA and few links, is it possible to someone outrank them? (considering the keyword includes the brand name)

I believe anything can be outranked with enough efforts/funds.

Agreed, you will just need time to outrank.

Yes, you can do that, but you need relevant links to outrank them.

As everyone has already mentioned it can be done, but it may take some long time too, so need to make sure if it is worth putting that much time and effort.

Nothing is out of reach, if you can put in enough time and money, you can outrank the branded keywords. Just need to learn the tactics to make it happen, wont be achieved overnight. Trust your process and start experimenting after learning.

You could definitely outrank it..if you could do what it takes.
