Can I mass mail with Mailchimp?

What can I use to send out sales emails for people who may need websites? Mailchimp only works on those that have subscribed to your site? If I just grab an email list and add them as subscribers to my site, will Mailchimp even know the difference?

Trying to figure out the best possible way to send out a mass email, can anyone help?

You should use an Offshore VPS along with Interspire and that's all you have to do.

I do need help, what are the reasons to do that? Is there anything wrong with Mailchimp? Are you recommending this for legal reasons? Thanks

Mailchimp will close your account if your list is not clean. You need to clean your list and remove non existing emails, second if your list has a lots of complainers. Try to read first here about email marketing if your planning to mail your list, so you will get knowledge before getting started to email marketing.. Goodluck bro!

I know Mailchimp has a free service for 2,000 emails but what if you have a list of say 20,000?
Do you have to have those 20k opt in or can you break that list into smaller ones that require
no opt in?
