one twitter account same niech as instagram, 5k folloers

can i make any money with these????if so what kind of products should i be promoting??adult offer seems not allow in instagram

they mostly doing shut out for other instagram account and they are much better than me(100k+) I am thinking about some afflliate marketing but dont know where to start
