Can I make 30-50 Instagram accounts

Possible but risky. Temp emails are fragile . Use real/verified emails and phone 2FA if you want longevity. Each account needs its own fingerprint/IP (mobile or residential proxies or separate phones), unique behavior, and staggered creation/actions. Create a small test batch first, monitor for flags, and for scale consider legit options instead of dozens of throwaways.

Why register with temporary addresses? There are plenty of email services that don't require mobile phone verification, and registering for 30-50 email accounts doesn't take much time.
 
Instagram will ban all your accounts unless you change your device's fingerprint and IP address, and unless you use different mobile devices and locations when managing multiple accounts.
 
I think if you use temp mail, even if you manage to register the account it’ll get suspended right after creation. Even trusted domains like Gmail or Hotmail still have high suspension rates. You should get a phone, plus a rotating proxy or, if you can afford it, buy multiple static proxies. Prepare Gmail accounts and phone numbers/rent an OTP SMS service, and register on the phone. Then log into Threads from there. But to make up to 50 accounts one phone won’t be enough. Either buy more phones, or use an antidetect browser like Multilogin, Dolphin, Hidemyacc, GoLogin, etc. If it’s too time consuming, you can buy IG accounts and just log them into Threads yourself.

start creating gmail accounts or more credible domains
as temp domains are easy to spot

use gmail, yahoo, outlook and other domains for emails
dont use temp for social media

Mass-creating 30–50 accounts with temporary emails is high-risk and will likely trigger flags and bans. Create far fewer legitimate accounts (unique emails/phone verification), warm them organically, or use Meta/Business-managed solutions/APIs that support multi-account posting.
 
Use legitimate emails. Buy them in bulk or create them over clean residential or mobile proxies

Perhaps you need to use multiple different IP addresses to do that, or use a proxy. If you register normally, it definitely won't work.
 
Creating 30–50 Instagram accounts with temporary emails is risky. Even if only using Threads, some accounts may get banned. Use different emails, devices, or a VPN to reduce risk.
