Advertisers need to see conversion from your traffic, filling surveys by yourself will be considered bad traffic and probably you won't get paid or even get banned. Not a good idea.

This is not only possible but it is a reality. To anybody that said proxies will get you burned, you're right but you don't know what you are doing. There is a way to get this done and not have the IPs detected as coming through a proxy. PM me if you want more info.[/QUOT
