IT is very possible. What bonehead posted is a spin of what I do. What you need to do is scale it and train a smal army of people to also do it for you then your looking at good numbers. You can still get caught. I did just this week with one of my bigger accounts 
and now that stream of money is lost, bad thing was it wasnt a bullshit cpa account with 50 offers it was one of the major big boys with hundrends of offers. So that stings some to but it is the nature of the black hat thing.

What I was thinking on doing is to make a web site with few hundreds of different CPA offers get some hide my ip kind of software and just keep filling in e-mail and zip code kind of offers to get a few bucks to autopromote the website with PPC and conventional ways, I think that could be helpfull for a start, I just dont wanna get cought.

Hey everyone,
I'm starting to notice that the CPA affiliate programs are not working for a lot of people. I see more information about how to cheat than legitimate ways of promoting them. I think the prob is people have seen these to much and can't be bothered. I've tried a lot of ways to make this work and still have not got any bang for the effort. I don't recommend doing them yourself, that's a good way to get into trouble. I've also tried to pay people to fill out offers but the problem is you can't pay them enough. I do have one idea though and it might work. Basically you'll set up a website, group, or blog that's catered to your local area. It's gonna have to be an eye catcher if you know what I mean. Once that's done, promote your site, there's a lot of free ways to do it, promote it hard to get the visit count up. Once that's done you have the freedom to travel your local area hitting up free wifi sites and fill in offers yourself. Zip submits would work best for this. On your site don't forget to post your links and add something to the effect of "Please help promote our site". I also suggest you use firefox with the add on "BetterPrivacy". Also make sure to disable all of firefox's history manager so when you exit it will delete all cookies and web history. An alternate would be when you hit up a free wifi site, talk to people and see if you can get them to do it instead. I was at a starbucks once and bought some girl a cup of coffee just for the hell of it. It was $5. We talked a little bit and I managed to get her to do an email submit. I also asked her if she wouldn't mind staying active with the email list, so now I'm thinking maybe I'll get the $5 back from her efforts and hopefully some more. It's just an example, I'm sure all of you can be creative and come up with some good ideas. Another alternative would be if you have a lot of laptops, you can just use a different one each time. This would be if your really desperate LOL.

The reason why people get shaved like a b*tch is because of people like bonehead and OP. When you got a lot of shitty leads that will never convert, you'll be increasing your shave-%. This affects everyone. Example is with email submit, they will just shave you like a motherf....! Why? It's easy to type in your email and zip code with a proxy.
You earn pennies in the long run. This isn't Internet marketing nor blackhat. This is stupidity. Go make some bigger bucks for the bangs. Lots of tips and guidelines on this forum that can make you a more honest buck than manually typing in your own CPA offers (lol wtf?)

Ya it will take u hours to make a few buck. If your time is worth nothing u can try that. I am almost with 100 cpa (& counting) network. I idea is to know when to stop and how u do it. I have my own unique ways of doing it. I use vpns which is ur best & safest bet...and buy real database then fabricate. Ur success will depend on ur knowledge of cpa business. I would know a thing or two cuz i am averaging $300/day...and its increasing.

This is not only possible but it is a reality. To anybody that said proxies will get you burned, you're right but you don't know what you are doing. There is a way to get this done and not have the IPs detected as coming through a proxy. PM me if you want more info.
