    Hello,

    on my channel it says:
Does that mean I can still join a youtube network?
If so do you know any network that will accept me?
This channel has 60k views and 250 subscribers

    Thanks

If your channel is unable to be monetized, no network will accept you since they can't advertise on your channel. If it's still monetizable then I'm sure most networks will accept you however I doubt that with that amount of subscribers networks will accept you.

Thanks, I just saw the strike will expire in 1 month, I made that channel half a year ago and then never touched it again, I just saw that it gets 10k views a month still.

I will try my luck with freedom.

No network can accept channels with strikes. Youtube's cms system will not allow you to partner a channel with strikes.

I believe no network will accept channels that has copyrighted strikes, regardless if they expire or not.
