Can I join Jr VIP with 2 warnings

No I don't think it's allowed if you have 2 warnings, but still you can confirm with some mod.
But keep in mind you're actions are still accountable as a Jr.VIP ( or any level of member ) so you can still pick up further warnings / possible bans.

okay, didn't know that. if I may engage you further, if i were to contact the mods who placed the warnings on me, is there a chance that they are expired earlier so that I can trade on marketplace?
Yeah, I know that everyone is accountable. To be honest, I was a stupid newbie spamming people right, left and centre. I have however learnt my lesson and respected the forum. I want to start on a new slate.

You can try, but it looks like you got two warnings for doing the same thing twice. I'm sure you know that doesn't look good, but the decision is up to them.

You should contact the moderator/s that gave you the warnings.
I doubt you will be able to get the warnings lifted. Rules are in place for a reason and the fact that you broke the rules twice as a new member in quick succession, is not a good sign.

You can buy Jr VIP with infarction but you will not be able to post a marketplace thread. To get them removed, you can ask the moderator to reconsider the decision. It is better if you have shared something useful here before applying for reconsideration.
