can i join amazon without a website?

I'm going to be building a few niche sites soon and my plan is to incorporate a shopping cart and advertise affiliate products directly on the page, however at the moment I have no websites and this seems to be causing some issues with signing up to affiliate programs.

can anyone share any sites that meet the following criteria:

1. allows me to feature the product on my site and allow customers to purchase directly through my site. NOT click a link and get brought to a new site to make the purchase.

2. allows me to join the program without a website upfront, I plan to build my sites around the products, kinda hard to do without the product itself already.

also, id like to be able to sell more than just one affiliate, also if i could somehow feature an item and a purchase feature and get the item dropshipped without any info as to where i got it on the package/in customers view thatd be awesome

Regarding the no website thing. Just use someone elses url (something small that gets no traffic that has an anoymous whois info) for now...

i figured that would be dangerous as they would see where the purchase was made and question why it isnt the site i said it was?

If you want to join amazon just create blogger blog with one article .They will approve

awesome, didnt know that

Put www.google.com/adwords & in description say you will be setting up landing pages & driving traffic to those. Also include that you will update your account info when you have the landing pages set-up & they don't check much after they accept you.
