BMD need 2 GB ram minimum i think maybe wrong ..........

Firstly you need a widows VPS (preferably windows 2008).
You should have admin rights for installing the software
The pros:
1) High Connection speed. A software like xrumer can be fully utilized only with higher speeds.
2) Can work 24X7 for you.
3) You need not worry about ip ban or other issues like viruses on your personal computer
Cons:
VPS generally comes with less RAM.. A software like xrumer needs 4 gb of ram to perform well. Even software like BMD needs around 2-4 gb for top performance.. for higher ram memory you need to pay more.
2) Security of your license keys. Xrumer comes with a built in security feature where in you can save your key.txt file in a remove server other than the VPS. The xrumer team generally advises the users to use the security feature, other software might reveal the license key and you may face problems like losing your license.

Thanks for all your reply guys. I understand that I need admin rights to install the desktop softwares to my VPS, but could you please let me know what kind of admin rights? Do you mean I need Cpanel VPS License? [This Cpanel VPS License costs me $19 extra].
Also I would greatly appreciate if you can share me the best, cost effective VPS that provides catchall email.

This is not true.
You can run GUI apps on both Linux and Windows servers.
Linux:
There are 2 ways:
1. Forwarding the GUI app via SSH X forwarding
2. Running Xfvb and using VNC to connect to it
Windows:
By default Windows servers are provided with a RDP server running, you can use Remote Desktop to run GUI stuff.
Protip: If you have enough resources you can even run a Windows on top of your Linux server by using virtualization
Yes you can install required softwares on your VPS if your VPS provider offer you admin access to VPS yourself. Also in my view based on your usages a 2GB RAM VPS with 2 Cores can be a good one to start with
