Can i install 2 wordpress theme on my website

Hello,
I am planning to open a print on demand store (for selling shirts) and will do blog as well.
my question is, Can i use 2 wordpress theme ?
One for store = www.mysite.com
One for my blog= blog.mysite.com / mysite.com/blog

Yup different directory can work but I doubt on a single installation.

You can, but you need separate wordpress installation.

yes you can, Search "multisite wordpress" you can find a way to setup sub-directory and sub-domain on same host
