for example if i include keyword video editing software
then in the subheading i add video editing software
then another header with video editing software for android
is this considered 3 different keywords in 1 article and bring the whole traffic for those keywords ? or google will just choose the focus keyword that i use for title and permanent link ??

Google won't choose the keyword it needs. It will crawl and identify the relative keywords and if you have used what people are looking for, google will put it up on ranking. You are good to use as much as keywords you like. But don't over do it.

Yes, you can. It should be placed logically, useful to the user and relevant to the article then it will help. Don't repeat the same keyword, show variation in it.

You can use any no of relevant keywords... Be sure not to use too much..as it would look like keyword stuffing..place it naturally so that the reader will find it useful.

Google will consider all 3 keywords also much importance to the main keyword. So, you can insert the 3 keywords, no problem with that.
