can i index profile links by just pinging?

I have a few questions

i'm new to link building/seo, can i get some profile backlinks indexed by just pinging?

i tried creating an rss feed and submitting it to aggregaters but the feed have some errors. What a good site to create an rss feed?

also do u guys suggest bookmarking the backlinks with Digg? will that get the digg acct banned?

If you want to create an RSS feed for the links than:
1) add the links to link2rss.com
2) build the rss in the icerocket.com
3) submit the rss to feedlisting.com

that site was da bomb for indexing.
maybe they are revamping... to get rid of us, lol
 
most feedlisting user are from bhw and other blackhat site,full with spammer promoting their eGay and clickbank product.if u love your niche stay away from this site because i and my friend always discover new niche through feedlisting and twitter search.its very easy and its fun when looking dumbs ass people promoting their shit through .co.cc domain.you can use posterous to get index fast,page2rss,friendfeed too..but you need to create a bunch of account to see massive result..
