DA is a shit metric. Focus on building quality links.
But to answer your question, it shouldn't matter. DA takes into account all links pointing to the domain, regardless of what page they're pointing to.

Don't focus on DA, it's a Moz metric, Google doesn't use it at all. Take it just as a somewhat helpful tool for link building.

When you say building quality links do you mean adding links into my articles/posts starting to write my own articles on niches I’m familiar with and I’m new to seo so sorry for noob questions.
