So I don't know exactly when things changed, but Google searching has been incredibly less efficient for me lately. I have Stumbleupon, and I am not sure how (and if) it alters search results).
Basically, I search for something I can get bombarded with useless posts primarily from ehow, wikianswers, yahoo answers, etc. Most of it is dated by as much as three years.
Now I know I can specify dates, but in general my searches aren't giving me good results. Perhaps my personal searches are ruining my results? Are there any settings to go back to the days when Google gave me useful search results without the hassle of cycling through garbage?
