Buy a domain and use double meta refresh or php redirect script. You should search the forum for more infos. Tell your AM that you are doing CPC to your domain. Hope this helps you.

Yes, just shrink a url such as http://hiderefer.org/?http://www.google.com/
hiderefer.org will make things anonymous, or you can forward it to your own website, then to the CPA offer (mimic what hiderefer.org does), and the affiliate will think the traffic came from your own website, and not ******.
Good luck.. ****** sounds like an interesting service.. $2.00 for 1000 hits, but I'm not sure you want to pass a CPA offer through it, as your conversions may be lower unless you are using cheap, non-converting traffic and just rely on the hits.
