can I give away a free excell file?

i have a very easy to use excell file that has has a web-browser built in.

there is a lot that you can do with it - I would like to offer it as a service if there is a need...

to explain: I do some vba proggraming and I use excell 2003 to do most of it.

I have created a few different programs for things out side of IM, some for.

the simplest 'program' I have created with a web browser, alows you to copy and past a long list of url's into excell then brings up a web-browser and list box. when you scroll through the list box the web browser also changes.

if this kind of programing would be worth it, should I post it as a service?
and -- I used this same technique to create video's for prospects of seo services - because you can automate changes between websites and the text that is displayes very simpley...

start a service and see what happens. May be you could get good market

Give some reviews or write some yourself, promote it and if it attracts the users and seems useful sure you can sell it, that is the way how the world works.
