Some weeks ago, I read an IM Journey on BHW about how someone was able to drive over 2k daily traffic from Pinterest to a blog.
I tried the same on my blog but the method never worked for me.

I have over 100 pins with url redirecting to my contents but I only get impressions not clicks.

Who knows what I am doing wrong?

Could be the visuals or the call-to-action on your pins. Make sure your images stand out and include a clear value proposition. Try to copy from others and experiment with different styles and keywords to see what works!

The image I use for Pin do not contain any call to action. It is usually the image I use as featured image
Depend on your audience and the target website, it might work.

I target US audience beauty Niche

@MomoPSB, then it should be trivial. You just need to work on the aesthetics of the pins.
You should also focus on the skin color you targetting, as different races react to different pins.

make sure don't spam too much, because pinterest could blacklist your site and your site can't no longer getting traffic from pinterest

If you want a safe way, create a landing page, then put your site URL there

from there, use the landing page iwhen posting in pinterest

Maybe try to go with the flow, instead of going against it.

Follow the trend and secure some sure traffic https://trends.pinterest.com/. Hope it helps.

100 pins is not enough for drive traffic to your money site mate. some ppl doing 500 to 1k 2k pins but still don't get traffic you should check your others competitor. btw picture for attention :anyway: :anyway:

Pinterest has become hard to trick.
3 years ago it was easy, but since then, you won't find any more journeys posted in the forum regarding Pinterest tricked traffic.
It seems that only old and established accounts can keep up with it.

Maybe your visuals are not just as good.

Pinterest favors engagement and valuable content, not just links. Focus on eye-catching visuals, relevant keywords, and consistent pinning to drive real clicks.

Focus on SEO in your pin titles and descriptions. Pinterest is a search engine too.

  • Make sure your pins are appealing with high quality images.
  • Keywords are crucial too.
  • Keep pinning regularly and engaging with the platform.
