I made several videos about ex porn star, now becoming a faith healer and her lawyer contacted me to take the video down. I just made a video about how scammy that bitch really is and that she made her millions from porn. Now she wants to become a saint.

Can she sue me because of content, should I take down the video? I mean the bitch is filthy evil and probably rich too.

Then fuck them. Ask for a $10,000 removal fee or better yet, a mind blowing BJ.
 
Did you do it as a hobby? You better seek legal help and perhaps spend money to defend yourself if this hobby means a lot to you!
 
Why did you put your name on them? To better answer your question, they are trying to scare you, but she does have a lot more the loss then that. I agree. You could respond and say something like I will contact my web designers to remove and delete the account, however they will charge me $2,000 to it. This way you're not looking like you're attempting to blackmail them to get them remove since a lawyer is involved. You need to pay for a professional to remove, since you don't know anything about internet marketing. Also, feel free to send the links to the videos... would like to see them, I don't mean the ones on YouTube, but the one from her prior career:bootyshak

Judging on how materials and right of usage work on the internet, you are going to lose out or probably be cooling your ass in jail if things turn the other way.

I have seen artist suing fans not to talk of making derogatory images, even though it's true, do you have the public or commercial right.
