Can I get sued for this?

Can I get sued for writing and selling an article about "Facebook Security"? I wrote a 1000 word article (rough draft) about how to protect your privacy on Facebook, and was thinking about selling it. Will I need approval from Facebook to sell content that is based on their name? OR is it safe to even write and publish an article speaking on Facebook's establishment? I know this may sound like a silly question, and you all may even laugh at me. However, I know that there are so many hidden laws and regulations now days.

You can make it as safeguarding privacy on social networking sites... rather than specifically hitting the name of one...!

If you feel unsure use suckerbergs name, he's a public figure.

I don't believe there would be a problem with the content - there are many product / software / system user guides written by third parties.

There may be an issue if you are deemed to be using their name to promote your own business - if, for example, you used a domain like facebooksecurity.
