Hello BHW,
recently i stumbled upon a method here (http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...method-how-make-money-your-favourite-app.html). Did some research, came up with a twist, found a niche that will work perfectly and i think i have found a way to monetize it. The method is linked to movie/tv show streaming. I am creating a website that will allow visitors to watch a tv show online. I will not be hosting any videos on my server/website. The videos will be from other streaming websites or they can be only links to other video streaming websites. I will use CPA content locking and the offers from video streaming websites. My website will have a DCMA page since i read here that it is a must.
So my questions are:
- Can i get sued for doing this?
- If it is safe then is it okay to use two monetizing methods?(Video Hosting website's rewards and CPA)

Thank you for your time.

Doesnt matter if you uploaded the files, you publish them on your website, that makes it illegal.

I'm not a Pro, but it shouldn't be illegal to link to other websites.

Search on google for : https://torrentfreak.com/big-pirate-sites-raided-admins-on-the-run-141027/

http://www.google.dedit: woaah, i can post links now, thats awesome.

Yes, you can get sued for this. Will you? Probably not. But you are definitely putting yourself in harm's way by making money off of content that isn't yours, specifically, such well known, monitored, and publicized content.

Thank you for your responses. I will think about it a little longer whether i should implement it.
EDIT: What if i don't give the visitors what they were looking for? For example: The visitor comes to my site, clicks play, completes a CPA offer and then nothing happens, maybe a message saying the content has been deleted? This should not violate any laws. It is a simple blackhat method. If i do it this way it will be a churn and burn method with wich i hope to get some fast money rolling to invest in other methods.
What do you think about that?

Should be legal that way, just give them the trailer, that is perfectly legal.

If you have a script which takes the latest releases from xrel.to and post it on to your site you will get a lot of visiters from google.

that could get you in trouble with some of the networks, if you don't provide what you promise, just try to find more lenient ones which don't care too much

Can you suggest such network? I will ask around too.

Instead of that, why don't you just redirect them after they did the offer to another site where there is the material they are looking for, all responsibilities will be taken by the other site, you will be safe and at the same time you are providing them with what they want and the most important, you still have your website to promote. I don't know if its implementable but if you check a site like bloglovin for example, it redirects while having a frame on the top and you can still use the 2nd website, if this could be integrated, you can make them do offers and also on the frame you may also put banners of networks of ppc etc.

Personally I don't think it is worth the risk. There are tons of sites that host the actual movies and come and go every week. I can't see anyone doing a CPA for a movie. You'd also have to fight for ranking from the thousands of already established sites that don't have a CPA. Just Google "(movie name here) online stream" and you can find almost anything within the top 5 results.

I am doing this only because i got an EMD for 30,000+ Monthly searches for this exact show and there is no competition and i don't want to host any videos on my site.
