Can i get scammed using escrow?

Hi, some months ago, I have listed a domain for sale in FB groups. Yesterday a guy messaged me asking about it. I think he is interested in the domain name. It's going to be my first domain flip.
So, How do I sell a domain safely?
Is Escrow[dot]com is 100% safe?

The platform is safe, the scams there rely on the people, like you confirm everything and after a while, you recognize you got conned with manipulated proofs.
keep in mind the fees are kinda high in case you're selling cheap products.
 
I don't see any reason for getting scammed. Unless you are buying something and you don't get exactly the thing you were expecting.

I have used escrow a lot of times. There was no issue.

I was a seller in all the cases.

No you can't, escrow is very safe option for every buyers. I think everyone should go with escrow for any bigger deal, this way there have very less chance to get scammed.
 
Many escrow services are run by super professional scammers. Be careful.
 
Escrow is safe, although as mentioned above their fees are high. Have a look at epik, afternick, sedo or dan. All are super safe and once the domain is transferred to your customer they will release the funds instantly.
 
I have used escrow many a times and I never got scammed. I am sure, there would be some or the other way to cheat but probability is less
