Can I get Payoneer card for different (fake) address?

Thank you friend your reply. But I'm taking card address, not the shipping address. But when i applying the card, I can see this type of message
"Click here and fill in this section ONLY if your shipping address is different from above or you want your card shipped to a PO Box
Please"

you can't verify your paypal with the card unless having it in your hand
why? it's pretty simple
you won't be able to know the card number before you receive the card
you will see the last four digits only if you login to your account

When you receive a card from them you will get instructions on setting up your pin, but before that you won't be able to know your card number.
